Our U18.5Boys are heading off to Ballinrobe RFC this Friday evening for a 5:45 kick-off.

Saturday sees our U18Girls on the road to Loughrea RFC for their first outing of the 23/24 season at 12noon.

The U16Girls continue in Division 1 of the League away to Claremorris RFC at 1pm at Colts Park

Our super Minis have their last training session before commencing their schedule of blitzes prior to Christmas. Just a couple of updates on times/locations:

· U7s/U8s Mixed and U9Boys are at Carrowholly NS from 10-11am (please drop into the Club for a takeaway tea or coffee on your way down)

· U10Boys, U10Girls and U12Girls are at the Club from 10-11am

· U11Boys at are Rice College Astro 9:30-10:30

· U12Boys are at Rice College Astro 10:30-11:30

Don’t forget gumshields and water!

Saturday also sees our Men’s First XV host Seapoint RFC in the ¼ Finals of the All-Ireland Junior Cup Competition. Kick-off at 1:30pm.

Our Men’s 2nd XV finish off the weekend on Sunday afternoon at home to Loughrea RFC at 2:30pm.
