The home team were the first to get on the scoreboard, but it wasn’t long before Aine O’Connor had a fantastic run in over the line in retaliation.

The lack of a bench meant that replacements for injuries were unfortunately not an option for us, and this became a disadvantage as the game progressed. The home team began to pull away with a number of tries, but Holly Horkan powered through under the posts in the 2nd half after the girls in blue dug deep to get some more points on the board. 

Not our day, but thank you to all 15 girls who travelled. Next game will be at home to Sligo on March 1st.
