Connacht U18 ladies beat Munster 10-5 with 8 Westport Players on the team
Cork’s Virgin Media Park was electric from start to finish today in the first game of the Under 18s ladies inter provincials. Connacht’s defence was immense in the first half finishing 5-5. Connacht came out fighting in the second half. Kitty Fin Sweeney made a break from the ruck to score the second try. Westport has an impressive eight players in the squad with Ruth Conway as Co-Captain and Kitty Fin Sweeney named player of the match. Their next game will be on Saturday 16th August versus Ulster at Corinthians RFC.
